Hi,
I'm making these adaptors to allow you to use cheap cables between your Roland R-bus compatible gear. If you are technically savvy, you could figure out how to make them on your own, but I'm getting my parts cheap enough through wholesale connections that you'll find these to be pretty affordable. Not to mention the iterations it took to get them this clean and trouble free vs spending your own time inventing them.
Check them out if you are interested.
I can also wire them to work with male/female cables as well if desired, though male/male is the most common 25pin printer cable configuration.

I'm back selling these adaptors again, here is a link to my latest batch. If they run out, I can make more. If you want to buy 3 or more, I'll give you a $7 discount on the batch. All adaptors come with free shipping.

I would recommend a Hosa, Mogami, or any other name brand D-Sub25 110-Ohm digital audio cable (found in any music store) over a common cheap computer printer cable, as they are not the same thing. it may work just fine, but if you get glitches, this would be why. nice little gadget though. keep up the good work.

AERO Hey could you put up a few photos of your process? Not looking to steal your idea at all, or even do it myself. Too much work. I would just like to see how it was achieved. I already have my rbus quota cables btw. You're doing a great service to the planet b offering up a dead cheap way of avoiding the ridiculous high cost of originals. X2 on keep up the good work

Can't say I ever had a problem using printer cables, back when I was doing so regularly. But maybe my Belkin cables (mostly) were a better grade than ones made today?
Certainly were more readily available and cheaper to buy.

Hey guys. I'm back at it again. Last week I got a couple of orders. So I went back into production. I used up all of my old stock of connectors, shells, locknuts, etc. After hours of digging around online, shopping, and waiting for parts to arrive, I was able to get stocked up on all the various parts. I'll be good on materials for a while. Materials, shipping, *Bay fees are higher than they used to be, but I'm still keeping the price under $20 and I can offer a discount if you buy 3 or more...just talk to me in there. If these run out, I can make more.
I'm also offering batches of them with a 10' cable included. My cables work out to $8 for you, but you may have a local source that is a couple of bucks cheaper, depends on if you live in a big city or not.
Here are my latest buy-it-now auctions:
adaptor- https://www.ebay.com/itm/123746915186
adaptor with cable- https://www.ebay.com/itm/123746270825
Thanks guys!
