And on to Round 6. We lost Tao Jones in Round 5 after the Sudden Death Playoff....10 folks still on the Island.
It's a short turnaround today, so please submit your next song for round 6 by this evening. Round 5 songs have been deleted, so the soundcloud page is ready to go.
Please let me know when you have uploaded your song and what the name is, so I can update the status.

I actually need to figure out what I've posted. I've been eenie meenie miny mo after I put my fave up week one...I mean, I guess we're allowed to repeat, but where's the fun in that? I really didn't want to think I was going to go this far....see next point....
Now, do you get my objection to the "pick your least fave" paradigm and how it changes the results? The people with the most love won't win--it's a kind of statistical dishonesty through implication. The top 5 will me "least objectionable" which is meaningless for anything but use as music in a dentist's office.  --name any huge selling musical artist....I'll show you plenty of people who don't like them. Maybe HATE them.
That should be the prize actually--can the planeteer who "wins" this be given the title "Voted Most Likely to Be Soundtrack to Tooth Extraction"?
Ha. I crack myself up. Hey, Wish....if I am cursed by winning this, I want you to remind me--that's what I want--we need a suitable avatar for that...

I still have my recent release master files sitting on my desktop. So...I play eenie meanie miny mo.
I just did a Willie Nelson cover for Dad today...maybe I'll use that next week! Get to hear "first take Pop"...ha. If the combination of Willie, being a cover, AND being sloppy as hell doesn't get me voted worst, I may be more Divine than AL says....ha.

To tar it with the 'elevator' or 'dentist' musical brush is just nonsense: Rude even. I hate when I'm in the elevator with a dentist and that kind of shit is playing.

It's a silly argument imo, pop--I've had a favorite in every round. I bet most everyone has (and there have been plenty of comments confirming that). I just haven't voted for my favorites, because the rules are to vote for the least favorite.
