AI (that's "ay eye", not "ay ell") in Hollywood

Again, AI is a tool, not an evil doomsday robot.

As somebody who grew up and worked in the movie industry, I have come to the conclusion that someday the "Golden Age Of Hollywood" will be movies made before AI took over.

For me, AI will never replace real stunts. The scenes from "Stagecoach" that made John Wayne a star or the chariot races in Ben-Hur become tedious when done by AI.

It's a tool to help tell a story. A lot of people said the same thing about talkies \:D

I think you're missing my point. An audience responds differently to a real stunt by a real stunt man than to a figurine doing the impossible. There was a time when people wondered "how did they do that?" There's no reason to care now; they did it with computers.

Well, we're really talking about two separate things. You're talking about CGI, not AI.

I did my days in Hollywood too.
