I have not opened it up yet but just wondering a couple of things before doing this. Do I just remove the back off only or is there more to it?

My new 80mm Silenx model fan has a 3 pin and 3 wire connection, does the VS's fan have the same connection?

If not then how can I tell which wires are ground, positive and negative? The fan's wires are all the same copper/clear color.

I hate to do this job if it's a "splice the wires" kind of job and not be sure what's what.
Any helpful tips would be appreciated.
