If you made what was in my opinion good music I would say so regardless of political stripe.
Jazzooo and I fight like cats & dogs but there are aspects of his music that I enjoy. I tend to like his recordings with some of the top sidemen as opposed to his solo stuff.
Gonzo and I don't get along well, but his stuff sounds great.....it's not my thing, but it is extremely well done and I appreciate the musical and technical expertise on display.
Pbrowne is liberal but a charming person whose company my wife and I have enjoyed on several occasions. I love his band, great variety of songs well executed with killer harmonies.
Milkman and I are from opposite ends of the political spectrum, but I find him to be a great bassist that plays in some very interesting and original bands. And he's a nice guy.
There is a ton of good music here and the first time I hear some from you, I will say so regardless of what I think of your politics.
I guess if you can't stand the heat.........

Sure I can, I've had endless feedback over my years in online music. In fact I credit that for helping me get better at production and such. I know my stuff has some flaws in it, in fact there are 2 parts in that video I intend to fix as soon as I get a chance. Bandwagon sucking however, is not feedback, it's bullshit. Delso was on the other threads saying he was so anxious to hear this, but it turns out he was mainly just anxious to be a shithead. Guys like Delso wouldn't feel the desire to post what he did here to anybody else at the Planet, but he knows he'll get approval from the troll gallery and that's apparently what he needed at the time. He could've said "Not my thing" but he wanted some luv. Course this same instinct doesn't stop a phony like him from requesting me as a friend at facebook. But even a fake friend wouldn't act like he did, jumping on and dismissing something that took me a fair amount of time to do within minutes of me posting it. There was some funny stuff in there put in especially for Planeteers, but none of you heard it. Because there's a different spirit here than there used to be. Mostly I don't give a fuck, though, cause it was fun to do, meant to entertain those who actually click a link on for that purpose. If I did let folks get under my skin about this stuff, I'd probably be playing games like many of the others and be so uptight I wouldn't just call a phony a phony.

I liked the original, non-broadcast version. It was a bold, new concept.
This mixture of creepy, self-aggrandising voice-over and suspect musicianship defeated me yet again. This time, I'm not even going to say 'sorry.'

WOW! Those leads are fantastic! You can FEEL the emotion with each lick. I bow down to your awesomeness! The mixing is just top notch. Like a professional Engineer would mix and master. The levels are all spot on with total clarity and dynamic range. You are so right about not needing any dexterity to make a solo sound so awesome. I really wonder why you never made it in the mainstream music business, I mean this recording shows true raw music ability and a talent of musicianship that surpasses normal musical boundaries. Some of the classic bends you come up with are just amazingly put into the songs with a total feel of the chords being played. Being a sub-par musician myself I look up to artists like you in total amazement. Very few musicians channel their inner feelings through their skillful playing. I am just blown away at how great these leads are.  #47 was a total reflection of that talent making breakthrough leads that causes the listener to do a double take. WOW!!! I like how you narrate it and tell a little about your inspirations of the lead solos. You can get some really amazing tones out of your guitar too. Is that mic placement on the amps? Either way you have always been on the cutting edge of musical talent. Some of us just cannot quite grasp the raw talent that you have. I just go back to those amazing bends and vibratos that speaks immensely of all the hard work you put into each solo. I really think it's neat how you talk about Fathertime like he was someone else. Great mix and great ideas you have. You seem to put most musicians to shame for sure and I know that's not your intent. So many different styles and sounds you get with the guitar is astounding. I know I am a guitarist that looks up to your solos. Really some memorable solos. It was a stroke of genius that you put an awesome intermission right in the middle! Where do you come up with these mind blowing ideas? Amazing, really. Some of your lead solos are just as awe inspiring as any I have ever heard. I love how you can change from hard in your face to laid back and mellow, from muddy distortion to sparkling clean Twin Reverb sound! What a contrast of great talent! The four track recordings are like icing on a cake, fun for the ears to listen to. I have to agree with the guy that said some of these leads are like leads of a lifetime, just so jam packed with a true raw emotion, isn't that what music was about anyway? To convey anything through music is a testament to REAL talent! Congrats, nice going. I have to rewind this and listen again and again in total amazement!! You probably are THE best musician in the world! Going back to listen again, Thank you for sharing. Do you mind if I share the link?
