I found out when you export a track from Sonar which has FXs like reverb,Compression and EQ applied onto the track (But not bounced onto it) ,these FXs are included(printed)using the export function.Great way to apply Fxs without the extra need of bouncing to another track to process single and Sterio tracks. The Export function does a mixdown of it's own which includes the Fxs.Hope this makes sense, used this a few times, very quick.

That IS really useful. I don't remember anymore... can you also export tracks and NOT apply the processing you've already set up - as in, you don't want to mess with your current mix, but need to export the dry track for some reason.

Yes,you can export the track and keep it dry bye turning OFF any FXs that you have added to the track and it takes about 3 seconds to export.I'm finding many very useful functions in Sonar as i work with it.
Another great function is increasing or decreasing the gain level of any part of your audio by;Highlighting the area of interest(drag across the wave),click PROCESS,click Apply Process, click Gain and then select the # of decibels(Lt and Rt) you want to use to increase that level or decrease it(you will see the wave expand or contract). I use this on any mono or sterio track, even on the final Mixdown to fine tune any rouge level, really works nice for this(lets you cut back a bit on the compresson and Limiting).
