I'm not certain it is the same....it would be a bit like you spending 10 years hard graft writing the 'VS Bible' and then me calling it 'The JN Guide'!
I've never actually seen the JD's guide...whether it was in book form, or a series of articles/whatever, I don't know...I've just spotted various references to it amongst these hallowed pages!
There's something else too - did you notice that the eBay seller in question doesn't post to the UK?!
Untrustworthy lot, we are!

JW was a guy named John Waddington, not a publisher. That book on eBay is not JW's VS guide.

I think I must be losing it.
After all that, I've just found the 427-page pdf on my hard drive, there since December '13.
To be as fair to myself as I can be, I'd renamed it 'VS Guide'when saving, but even so....I'd just assumed it was just another gargantuan Roland issue.
Oh dear.
Only incontinence to go, then....!
