Walker46 Walker46 Planeteer Registered: 07/23/13 Posts: 123	Saw the Crane Wives last Thursday night at an outdoor concert. They were great. Not that they weren’t great before but they seemed to have taken it up a notch or two since I last saw them a year ago. Don’t know what it sounded like on the stage but from where I was sitting it did sound like the harmonies were drowned out a few times when Emilee was singing (both Kate’s and Dan’s voices got lost.) Most of the time the sound including the harmonies was OK. I don’t have high sound expectations for these outdoor shows where the stage is a portable metal trailer, so I thought this was just a onetime minor glitch with this show. I’m not sure what the sound guy was doing, he seemed to be just wandering around a lot. He did bring them cold bottled water once which was a nice thing to do on a hot night.
