VS2480 Service manual please?

Hi guys,
does anyone happen to have the VS2480 service / diagnostic manual to perform board / specialist testing? A contact of mine is asking for my expertise repairing a VS2480HD and as roland no longer offer support in the UK nor service these systems, I'm awaiting a contact of mine to get in touch with certain details but a service manual PDF would help get into the critical areas of what's needed.
normal diagnostics are not resolving the issues raised by the owner's machine and I'll be taking hold of it to do repairs for him, as a hardware wizard it's one of those jobs I've always done. old synths, consoles, amps, you name it audio wise.

I have a service manual that i got from here. There's not much that it offers for my issue "Sub System Not Response" error + TRACK 1-8 are solid amber....backup batt is good and none of the "special features" bootups work. I though i would find how to do the ROM flashing to see if that works. Let me know what your issue is.
