If the "drivers" are loaded in as part of a program, completely uninstall it with something like Revo Uninstaller. Make sure to completely uninstall and delete left over registry files.
Then, if your drivers/program is on a disc, try creating a folder for it and copy the contents of the disc to the folder. Find the installer, right click on it and choose Properties. Then, select the compatibility mode and choose to run the program in compatibility mode for XP service pack 2 AND at the bottom choose to run as Administrator. Then, install from there.
