ok this topic has been covered before i know but i still have problems of the invalid disk message
i use HHB disks and TDK i burn as data files still the problem persists any other avenues i can try i have the internal cd on the vs plus the external DVD/CD writer and it happens on both i have burnt waves on my home computer and the studio one same result HELP im getting more and more work for needing to do this or is there another way to get waves onto the VS

are you finalizing your disc? you can use cdrws as well. the other way to get the wav file in would be transferring via rbus, or toslink/coaxial digital, but it would need to be synced up, otherwise you'll have to line the track up manually.

If your getting "work" then you should absolutely have Virdis. It's $300, but would be worth it's weight in salt in your situation.

I'll second that one! Especially, given that you're using a 2480, which can utilize every currently enabled function of VirDIS, with more on the way.

The only caveat at this time is that you need to use a PC that you can install a PCI or PCIe card into.
