Not sure anyone here can answer this, but I've been looking at the Roland Studio Capture interface. Don't get me wrong I'll never get rid of my 2480, it's a tank that has and is serving me well.
My question is that Roland lists the pre's on the "Studio Capture' as VS preamps. Could that possibly mean that they are the same preamps (roughly) as the 2480? I can't find any info.
