It was wonderful. Add that to "Life Itself" on Amazon...which is from last fall, but I guess I missed it...there was my viewing for last week. Both brutal and beautiful.

Yes, we also liked Life Itself.
On a completely different note, Netflix has a new limited series, 18 different short animated stories called “love, death and robots.” It’s very graphic at times, but they’re really aiming high in terms of the look and trying to take a “black mirror“ perspective in storytelling. I’ve watched three so far and they haven’t reached that level, but they are really intriguing.

Seems like a dark version of the office. Watched the first two and had to stop. My lady friend watching it with me began to get sad. Her mother died of cancer.
Haven't turned it back on. I was finding it funny in some places.
C'est la vie.

I checked out a couple episodes last night. Darkly funny, a bit heart-wrenching and kind of touching. I'll be back.
