Radiation does not cause cancer. Ionizing radiation, or radiation involving alpha, beta or gamma rays, does cause cancer. Not ordinary radiation, which is a generic word for the whole elctromagnetic spectrum and sunlight as well.
Though these days there are too many man-made waves of various wavelengths surrounding us and coursing through our bodies, and the impacts on biotissue have not been studied. We are all guinea pigs, and of course, the greatly increased numbers of kids with autism, special needs, birth defects and genetic mutations is related to what humans have done to and are putting in the environment.
