I posted here not long ago about this band Rival Sons from Long Beach, CA. I've been listening to there stuff a lot recently. I like the band's music. Not everything - but a lot of it. But I don't think I'd care if it weren't for the band's singer, Jay Buchanan. The guy has power and soul in spades. Very impressive.

Anyway... I'm just youtubin and rockin out over here and thought I'd share.



Yes.... that song from Grease. And Jay kills it.

He's pretty damn good. He has a lot of dynamic range and has great mic technique.

He's one of those kats that you wait 6 months and he looks completely different.

I snagged some great seats for their show with Stone Temple Pilots here in the fall. Sweet!
