A few years ago, doing a "headliner" in The Bloody Stools.
The whole "Stools" thing originally started as a joke/parody of the Metal Shop, a prominent late night radio show in Philly. The producers wanted the worse singer they could find, to sing filthy x-rated lyrics, and my cousin was it, lol. Funny thing happened: people loved it and it resulted in a record deal (and my best-cuz turned into a good frontman and eventually a decent rhythm guitarist and good bass player, which is what he does in our 3 piece cuz-band, with our cuz the drummer). That was in 1990/91. Anyway, there has been a "demand" over the years. So ...
Here's a couple of songs from the " record ", if you dare.

Well, according to a dream I had, last night.
I was playing and singing Billy Joel's 'Piano Man'. Got about a third of the way thru it, then got a MASSIVE calf cramp from pushing down on the non-existent sustain pedal in my sleep.
Man, THAT just completely SUCKED!!!

June 8. The gig was recorded (12 channels/tracks) and we are currently selecting songs/tunes for a ceilidh style cd. A fun night.

II'm a music director for a church, so every Sunday without fail. Piano and organ in the services, guitar with the kids. Lots of original music and arrangements which make it fun.

Last Friday evening at the residence of Ambassador John Bass.
I'm playing again on Saturday late afternoon - [redacted]'s final appearance in Kabul. I'm hoping to get a picture.

played a vaudeville revival show last Friday night at this great old theater. House piano was a wonderful sounding Blüthner with weirdly shallow action. Took some getting used to but now I get the action was made to illicit a certain kind of volume for that venue.
a repeat of this in a month as well as some sessions here and there but it's been a bit quiet.

No, that's a different [redacted], they stole our name. Well - I shouldn't say that. I don't know what their real name is because I don't have a need to know, so I don't know if it's the same as our real name.
