I have heard and seen a very slight amount of planking, but I am not sure exactly which activities
that it pertains to.
There is a "greatest anonymous video from 2017 part 1" that features it, along with some other funny
activities that are fads, now out of date however. 
The "producers" were sort of making fun of that, before challenging viewers to produce some unique
content. One of the activities involved eye-vodka shots, and another shoving a rubber from mouth to
nose.
Then an very amazing and talented performance, including blue-man-group style stuff, with TECH-NINE !!!

I mentioned to Flatcat that I would not post any of their official videos, in this forum...

Yeh, the type of thing can stop you in your tracks. I was young and short, when I used to use it.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it...
I suppose being 6'3" or so now, I could use it by kneeling, but be careful to remember to remove it which
is not that convenient.

I just do planking at the gym -- and its by a time factor --- how long to keep the stance ...

I can usually do a couple of the cherry blast flavor although the turbo grape flavor is growing on me.

im working on ten these days building up for summer. Im walking everyday and may oneway get my weight below the 190. My son bought all sorts of weight lifting bars then moved out. I have that and a ski type thing I should get going.
a little each day.

No longer do push-ups... or bench presses with a barbell. If they hurt, don’t do them.
Switched over to resistance bands three years ago. Don’t knock ‘em till you try them. Great workout... with no joint pain. Excellent for us seniors... and anyone really for injury protection, convenience, travel, etc.
