Looks like her theory about it being only a problem with MEN is shot to hell.
Literally.
I think the shooter may have been a man, but transgender to woman? If so, that would bolster Skywaves obsession with violent men and evil transgender people.

"Police gave unclear information on the gender of the shooter. For hours, police identified the shooter as a 28-year-old woman and eventually identified the person as Audrey Elizabeth Hale. Then at a late afternoon press conference, the police chief said that Hale was transgender. After the news conference, police spokesperson Don Aaron declined to elaborate on how Hale currently identified."

Who knows what led that twisted person to commit such a horrible crime. Hate knows no bounds.
Infuriating that any attempt to regulate weapons of war is blocked by unbelievably well-financed lobbyists buying politicians so dipshit Bubba can carry his assault rifle into Walmart.

Something mustve really scarred that person for her to do such a horrible thing. I remember when I was in middle school, if kids tormented other kids, the bad kids wouldve been disciplined immediately. I know because Ive been swatted more times than once. After being swatted, you thought twice about doing what you did again. But those days are long gone and adults in schools probably turn the other way most of the time, to avoid being accused of child abuse.

We can only speculate right now about the motive. If they truly were trans, maybe they harbored a grudge against the lady they killed for trying to “fix” them when they were young. It’s bad enough to try to settle an old score by going to the extreme of killing someone, but to take innocent lives in the process is more than heinous.

Ha! Good point. I never said there weren't extraordinary circumstances. You can have him after I'm done with him.

Discipline shows that there are consequences for your actions. I don't think sitting in time out as a 6th-8th grader is quite effective enough.

I'm pretty sure that it's illegal in every state in this country for any adult to violently strike another adult. It's typically referred to as "assault". Most people convicted of assault typically spend time in jail. Meaning - that kind of behavior is generally taken very seriously. So how is it ok for an adult to strike a child?

Have you ever been swatted? They paddle you on your fanny. Well, it's not the answer to all bad behavior. Just the severe ones. I was swatted once for throwing a brick at my little brother's head, which resulted in him getting stitches (about 9 I think). I just thanked God I didn't kill him. The swats were a very small price to pay. The guilt I felt mightve been good enough. But, the swats were probably good to vent anger towards me from my family.
My parents never struck me. My dad could just give me a certain look and put fear in to me.
In turn - I never struck my own kids. It never became necessary.
But it wouldn't matter. To the degree that I ever thought that was permissible or ok under certain circumstances - I've changed my mind. As of today - this moment - it's illegal for one adult to strike another adult. There's a reason for that. So to should it be with an adult striking a child. It's wrong - and it should not be condoned or excused. Find another way.

It's much easier to discipline an adult without the need for violence. When kids have nothing of value to take away, not much left but their hide.
My parents were from the old country and were born in the '20s. What was good for them, was good for us

Here's a song about all the swats I got in 4th grade.
Great tune Miss Wills sounded swat happy. All my swats were in middle school. They were done by Mr Jay (shop teacher) and Mr. Brodrick (VP). I lucked out 1st thru 5th. Though, the gym teacher was swat happy too.
she was crazy, fixated on me, not unlike some Planeteers. ha ha
I was actually traumatized by her, would think about her before I went to sleep at night. After I did the song, that ended.
I got swats in 7th grade from several teachers and the principal. The most memorable one was from the shop teacher Mr. Lerch and Bryan McClintock who went before me farted in between swats. ha ha
