Nope, you can't copy the software from one computer to the next. TrackNotes installs system files in the Windows directory.
You must delete the VSS Tracknotes directory structure you copied to the 98 machine and use the install package you downloaded to your other machine to install TrackNotes on the 98 machine. Then, simply, copy the tracknotes install package (I think it is called TN10201_256.EXE ) to the desktop on your 98 machine, navigate to the file and double click it to start the installation. Follow the wizard, you'll be all set. TrackNotes runs great on 98.
