Slabraton Slabraton Planeteer Registered: 12/16/12 Posts: 16566 Loc: California	I don't like to keep instruments or mics in their cases. I want everything in my studio ready to go at moment's notice. But I am concerned about condensation in condenser mics. In professional studios, mics are often left in the open air. But I've never been in a studio that had a shower in the mic closet like my home studio does! Any opinions would be welcome.

I keep the mics covered with them and while I use the mic, the little drawstring wraps around the mic stand adjustment knob.
