Not to give anything away from the help on the planet, many of you are right there with an answer to most if not all the vs2480 issues.

That said, the gap that has been left by Frank's passing increases with every query.

He may not have been the first with an answer, but when he spoke, ALL would listen...even those who did their best to properly address an issue.

When Frank chimed in with an answer, it put all us 'ducks' back in line.

It seemed the vs2480 was created with Frank in mind. They were made for each other.

For frank to put it upon himself to rewrite the manuals surely must've been a labour of love.

As time goes on, questions are still being posted, and while those in the know, often have the correct answers, anyone who's been here long enough, know what I'm talking about. On that end it's a given that Frank lived for his family. On this end, he lived to help us. We of the 2480 forum, we were his family, his students.

Not only has his family suffered a tragic loss, we have lost a great friend, whole the planet has lost some horsepower.

There's something missing every time I log on.

I appreciate everyone's help and friendship, I do, believe me.

But putting an end on this year with so many celebrities passing, we too, have have lost on of our own, a true celebrity on the Planet. The loss of Frank Griffith has been no less heartbreaking than any Hollywood celeb you wish to name, and I mean that with the utmost respect.

What makes Frank's passing even more tragic is...
The new kids who are arriving...sadly, they'll never know the pleasure it was, the gift his presence was to all of us, newbies and old pros alike.
