Doing a 2480 RECOVERY operation from a Roland Backup CD inserted in the PC's drive bay DOES work. Dragging PC drive letters or files from Windows Explorer into the 'vJukeBox' window of VirDIS 4.3+ is being considered for implementation. Bill

So we can just drop a Backup File ....in the PC drive ...but how do we get the data into our VS 2480 ?? We went directly to the JUKEBOX and accessed the drawer ( just like a HD ) ,,, nothing began working >> ??

You don't access it just like n HD - you access it just like a CD backup recover operation. Beyond that, I can't tell you, because I don't have a 2480. But use the CD thing in the Jukebox...

I don't see that you've chosen your cd/dvd drive yet - It's the one choice that is NOT greyed out in your screen shot.
Choose you burner and then see if anything opens up for you to proceed.

Will try again -- I have selected the drive -D - its in the window -- and then I generally select the the LOAD button -- but no access ? All three are in the grey -- will refresh --

Ronnie, I'd suggest that your best help will come from Bill Casey. Send him a PM here and contact him through his ebay VirDIS listing, if you don't already have his email and/or phone contact. He's helpful in the extreme.
