Agreed - I always (and also just did) direct people who ask to write directly to Bill, or contact him through his ebay listing for VirDIS, or to ask on the VirDIS forum. I realize it's tough for those that come into the VS and tools so late in the game, but people are owed their due. Besides, who better to provide them with what they need than the man himself?!
