Hi.

I tried selling my VS2480CD with a VS8F-3 card already installed and with the Antares AutoTune plug-in installed, but I had to split them up.

So I've sold my VS2480, and I'm left with the VS8F-3 card (with AutoTune installed on it) and the original AutoTune Install disc... I DO NOT however have the original VS8F-3 install CD.

I now have a buyer for the VS8F-3 card but I'm panicking because whilst they haven't asked for the install CD, they have been asking some quite newbie type questions... and in my research today I'm finding that once a card is linked to a VS2480 it can't be unlinked or installed into another VS2480 right?

So, my question (and it's kinda urgent) is - can I even sell this card? Is there any way to install this in another unit? Should I have 'uninstalled' it from the original VS2480 first so it could be installed in another unit?

What do I do?

Thanks for any help.

I just bought a VS2000 with a vs8f-3 installed but they couldn't find any of the install disks.
I've checked the plugin page and it shows only the Roland vs8f-3 plug-in program (which has MTK, Tempo mapping, stereo reverb, vocal strip and preamp modeling)
and the 1176 limiting amp plugin.
Is there a disk or file I can get that installs autotune or am I tuned out?

Thanks,
Bri
