Anyone still have (preferably untouched) copies of the demo songs for any of the VS series recorders? I’d be interested in obtaining them. For the VS-840 series, specifically, these would be “Mercy Blue”, “Vermont”, “Music Blanket”, and “Edit Song”. The 840GX Zip250, contained one additional song, “One Time Ride”. I would also be interested in obtaining the Zip disks (“Demo Song” and “Jam Tracks”) that shipped with the 840s; either as image files or actual (original) media. I am located in Europe (Amsterdam), by the way, although any shipping cost would of course fall to me.

Hi gyorpb,

people can make a ZIP disk image with WinImage and sent the disk image to you, which you can "burn" on a zip disk, similar as can be done with a CD. this saves time and effort!

I have the VS-840GX disks, Demo Song and Jam Tracks. So I’m pretty sure I have all the demo songs. They seem to have the original Roland label stuck over the standard Iomega Zip250 label. Is this normal?
