OK, So it's been a while since I've done this. I mixed down a project in Mastering Room and exported the wav files onto disc to send out for mastering. The default settings sent the stereo pair to tracks 23-16 and 24-16 on the 2480.

My question is, which one is the Left and which is the Right. Both just are labeled as 23-16 and 24-16.

Any help will be very appreciated!

23-16 is the left one, 24-16 right.
Just as when you link 2 channels when recording / mixing .....
