So I finally got around to hooking up my MV-8000 and 2400 via R-buss - sending tracks from the MV to the VS. I notice that there is some "crackle" in the signal when listening to the input on the VS side. Monitoring the signal on the MV, the crackle is definitely not directly part of the source material. It doesn't appear to be related to clipping. Is there another parameter I need to look at that I perhaps have wrong in the setup?
