Well, it's been almost 9 years since I last posted in these forums, but I happened to find my way back here this evening while searching for ways to use my VS2480 as an external effects processor for my new gear. Turned out to be a really fun experience. I haven't even turned my VS on in about 4 years!
But, I was able to route my audio in and out of the Coax/SPDIF ports, so I could take advantage of the stereo mastering tools that came with my VS8F3 card.
I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I can't post any of it yet, but I'll be sure to come back when it's online for anyone who wants to hear it.
