How do you copy from Track 1 to Track 17 and above. I tried using the process for copying from, say, T1 to T6. But this seems to not be the same process as copying from a track below T16 to a track above T17.

When in PHRASE mood ( Green button to the right above the grid )
klick on the phrase you want to copy so it turns black.
Klick Drop Down window "TRACK" , choose "PHRASE COPY".
In the window klick F1 "SelPhr" the phrase you choosed is black and has a check mark.
Turn JogWheel and see channel numbers change to the right of arrow ...
( For faster "action" hold down "SHIFT" button while turning JogWheel )
Press F5 "OK" Done : )

If the track contains several "takes" (Phrases) use the REGION COPY instead.
make sure the Green / Red box to the right above the grid is red and with text "REGION"
Put the mouse cursor at the very beginning of the track / tracks you want to copy.
Klick the mouse and hold down left button and drag to the right until the the whole track is marked black. Release left mouse button.
Return to start of track by pressing ZERO button ( << ) to the left of STOP / PLAY / REC buttons.
Klick Drop Down window and open "REGION COPY" and press F1 "SelTrk".
Your selected track / tracks is black.
Turn JogWheel to choose destination track / tracks .
( Hold down "SHIFT" button for faster JogWheel action.)
Press F5 "OK" Done : )

I set the LOC numbers --copy the part you want between a set LOC button on a track ==== and then access the track you want to copy that section to..
