Greetings everybody! Back in the dungeon recording... I need to record the monitor's playing the metronome so that I have a track I can export to a Reaper mix.

I figured that out by just running a mic in front of the monitor... Then I'll just play to that tempo.

The question I have is, what's the quick and easy way to get the metronome to just play four even beats rather than accidenting one?

If anybody knows it would be awesome to find out I can't remember!

Thx in advance

RD

I think I remember I have to go into the midi profile to adjust the accent beats... I'm not with my machine right now but I'll try that tomorrow! Anybody confirm that I'm right on this?

One way would be to set the time signature to 1/4. Every beat will sound the same.

That idea of 1/4 time was the winner!! Thanks!

uptildawn is an incredibly knowledgeable guy on these VS machines.

He doesn’t get enough credit for all that he contributes to VS Planet helping others out over the years.

Thank you, uptildawn, for all you do here.
