C Jo Go C Jo Go EMERITUS ~ VS Roland Loquacious Planeteer Registered: 11/05/01 Posts: 36560 Loc: carmel valley,ca	Tried Reaper first time tonight ... Recorded my first WAVs --BUT tried to playback & the WAVs greyed out > no play back ??? I can access the WAV in the REAPER folder it designates -- plays fine -- but not through REAPER Hit rewind & the WAV is no longer there ?? Installed about 3 years or more ago -- never have used it since ...thought I would give it a try .... (OPTIONS/PREFERENCES/AUDIO/DEVICE) You should have ASIO as system and the driver for your Roland unit set. Then the proper ins and outs enabled. What do you mean "wavs are grayed out" - attach a screen shot of what reaper looks like. What happens when you hit play? Do the meters show any movement?

bear bear Planeteer Registered: 10/25/99 Posts: 6539 Loc: abq,nm,usa	Call me and I will walk you through setting up a project and getting a recording done. Do you have team viewer on the machine? I am not real familiar with it but I used it the other day with a customer and it seemed to work, so I have the client installed here.
